Fourth season under the coaching of Capt. Norman Cross Country workouts held at Cherokee Park. Meets held during the Fall of 1959: Oct. 6th. - KMI vs. Waggener (KMI lost) Oct 15th - KMI vs. Eastern 14-22 Oct. 26th - Regional Meet held at Bellarmine College: placed 10 out of 12 teams competing. Nov. 8th. - Three way against Butler and Eastern at Bellarmine College: Placed last. Nov. 25th. - National A.A.U. competition at Bellarmine College: Placed 9th. out of 12 teams.
