The classes of '48 &
‘49 held a small picnic barbecue gathering in Lyndon, KY on May 8, 2004.
Major Hewes, Charles & Mrs. Hodgin and Major & Mrs. Bales attended.
50 attendees toured the refurbished Ormsby Hall which is normally a restricted
part of "The Ten Broeck Hospital."

The class of 1963 is sponsoring
the first annual local "Oktoberfest Gathering" for Greater Cincinnati KMIs
at 6 PM - 9PM Saturday Oct 23, 2004 at the largest of the four of Al (KMI
class of '49) Silverglade's Delicatessen and Street Cafe at 8th and Sycamore,
with three surrounding parking lots in the downtown area of Cincinnati.
This is a private after hour's party for this extensive eatery.

Two monitors will run "The
KMI Story" with Herby Moore and stations will be set up to demonstrate
the KMI's Web site.

Emphasis will be "KMI History
101 and "Organizing individual class dinners."

All will be encouraged to
display KMI memorabilia, Sabers & yearbooks.

The class of ’63 will sponsor
the beer keg!
All admissions of $10 (pre-paid
by Oct 1) will receive a full gift certificate to any of Al's Deli's, usable
at any time. Classes may want to go together to sponsor sandwich
trays with their $10 gift certificates or even buy dinners or wines from
Al's fine selections. Gift certificates/admissions may be purchased
and used immediately at any of Silverglade's four Deli's or ordered from

Total pre-paid attendance
certificates will determine Silverglade's contribution of buffet trays
beyond the use of facility. This venue was selected for its appropriate
size. Additional seating & guest speaker will be considered if
there are excessive pre-pays.
Notify and organize your
classmates! Invite old roommates to come in from Ohio, Kentucky and
Indiana.
Individual classes will
schedule their own trips to "The Hoff Braw House" as well as other events
around Cincinnati. |
